Truly outstanding service and honest company !

With some trepidation I set about selling a small gold ingot I had inherited some 30 years ago. I researched quite a lot on the internet, made phone calls and got several valuations, but never quite felt confident until I spoke to Gold Traders in Royal Wootton Bassett. They gave the best (equal) quote and were very polite and efficient to deal with. Went there in person. Payment came through to my bank within a couple of hours. Good communiation throughout. Highly recommended.

An excellent and efficient service from Gold Traders. I had initially sent my gold to one of the top free post services. Thankfully I discovered Gold Traders before I received their valuation! The other company offered me about 60% of the value, as soon as I stated I had a valuation from Gold Traders they matched the valuation immediately. I have since sold more gold with Gold Traders and have received excellent prices, for some items more than was originally quoted! Payment received on the same day. I would highly recommend Gold Traders!

I was very hesitant to send my gold items to any gold traders, but found Gold Traders staff very helpful and put my mind at rest. I had previously rung a couple of traders for prices for that days trading and Gold Traders quotes were the best. I sent my items to Karen in Bodmin who looked after me extremely well. As good as her word, after receiving my gold items the next day sending by Royal Mail, special delivery, Karen rang me with the prices. I was very pleased and received the money in my account that day. Would highly recommend Gold Traders, either the Wiltshire branch or Bodmin, both branches very helpful.

Got a quote from a high street store of £280 so decided to look online. Found Goldtraders who was the best online quote at £346, but I did pay £9 for delivery. I was a bit nervous of sending through the post, but all went smoothly and final quote came in at £365, due to the weight being slightly higher than I applied. Payment came same day. Very pleased.

Excellent service. I posted a small amount of gold one day and received payment in my bank account the next day. The process was very easy.

What a service, so quick. Received an email to say the items had been received today and the payment was completed in a few hours. Would definitely use this service again. One thing to note Sending via Royal mail Insurance delivery can be very expensive so you need to factor that into your sale. Overall fantastic!
