Excellent, I took in a hand full of various old bent and broken gold chains rings and a pendant. The lady assessed it all and rejected a couple of chains I was not sure about, then quoted me a great price almost the exact trading figure on line. She was so good and did a very professional job, I guess gold Traders are happy with my bits and pieces and I am certainly pleased with the money which was in my bank the same day about 4pm.

Excellent service from start to finish. Valuation was more than expected as part of my claim was a higher value of gold than I had claimed. Kept fully informed throughout the whole process. Would definitely use Gold Traders again and have already recommended them to my son.

When you read reviews about companies you sometimes question whether they are real and true. I can most definitely say this company is for real and the best I've come across. From quote, to posting to payment was less than 24 hours. Like most people have said, the price of gold went up and their payment from the quote went up too. I was a bit sceptical about using a postal service, however I used Royal Mail Special Delivery and increased the insurance, just in case ! I received an email first thing the following morning to say they had received the item and a quote in the afternoon, which was higher than I was first quoted. Money was in my account the same day. First class service, I will certainly be using Gold Traders UK again when I need to sell any jewellery. .

I sent a gold watch in for valuation and sale. I then had a telephone call from the team saying the watch had arrived but due to recent drop in gold value they would not be able to pay a reasonable amount for the watch, Rather then make a disappointing offer, they would prefer to send the watch back so I can send it back to them (at their expense) when prices rise again. This is the measure of how good this company is and an exceptionally high standard of customer service. Very happy to deal with you again when the market calms down. Thank you for the phone call.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gold Traders UK. I was a little wary of using such a service, never having done so before but the process was straightforward and there was a rapid payment into my bank account immediately after they had received and processed my item. Also, a lady in customer services cheerfully and quickly resolved a slight problem with my password which was my error! I will certainly use them again with full confidence.

Used this company a couple of times previously and again pleased with the prompt, efficient and honest service. Received more than expected for my gold as my weighing was not very accurate at 5gms. Gold Traders weighed at 6. 9 gms and paid me for that.
