The service was very fast and convenient, with a thorough explanation and corrections, for example, regarding my lack of completion of formalities. We did it verbally in just a few minutes. The corrections are already on their way to me.

A very quick and painless transaction. The gold was sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured. It was then tested by Gold Traders, the carat weight was upgraded, the physical weight was amended and payment was received within a few hours of acceptance of the increased offer. Couldn’t be more happy with this service. Highly recommended.

Can not fault gold traders at all! They've been great from start to finish, I was a little weary having never heard of the company but when I shopped around these guys were the highest rate offered, I sent my gold on a monday special delivery they updated me when received my parcel on the Tuesday and again with my updated quote once it had been processed which was a little more than I was first quoted. By Tuesday evening the money was my account, an absolutely fantastic service. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service – I was kept fully informed at all stages, and they pay the best prices around. I was happy with the quote I got on line so I filled in a claim form and sent it off with my gold. I received an email the next working day to say they had received it safely and would let me know when it had been processed. I received another email later the same day to say it had been processed and inviting me to see the valuation online. A few hours later I received another email to say that the payment was complete. I actually got a little bit more than the original quote on line so I was delighted. I would definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their gold.

Extremely happy with the service and value I received. I was a little worried about sending my item in the post but it was tracked every step of the way and a message was sent next day with a value. My only grip is that the payment did take longer than 24 hours which was worrying but after a phone call to Gold Traders they did explain there was a small delay due to problems there end and funds were received many thanks.
