Enjoyed dealing with Laura at the Royal Wootton Bassett shop. She was professional and courteous. Gold Traders offered to me a very decent price for my sovereign, gold and silver items and the monies hit my bank account same day.

I found the website very informative and easy to use. The whole process was very quick you fill in a form with what you have and weight of the material, I had some items that I was unsure if they were gold but I included it on the form and sent the package to them they check it out and give you a quote before you confirm your happy with their offer. Very good communication throughout the process. I also liked the extra security measures that are in place if you want them dual authentication, they use Royal Mail special delivery ( which you pay for ) I was happy using the Royal Mail for extra security. The whole process took about 3 days as I wanted to get an updated valuation for the items I was unsure about I okayed the email and received payment next day. Very happy with the company and would use them again and recommend them to others.

Could not ask for more honest, fast transaction. Posted by recorded delivery at about 4pm. Received a confirmation of receipt about 9. 30am the following day. Within 3 hours I received my quote fully detailed with weight of each carat. Accepted the quote and the money was in my bank within an hour. Cannot fault this company. Astounding company, items arrived valued and paid up the same day. Valuation was a little under what was estimated, but that's to be expected. Very happy with the service, would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again. I feel I got the true value of my gold.

I posted my items at 2. 30 on the Monday and had the payment agreed and in my account by 4pm the Tuesday. It was £11 over the online quote I got before I sent the items off. I was half expecting an offer lower by a good couple of hundred so was very pleased. This was old broken jewellery I havr had for years and odd earnings. I got enough money for holiday, well chuffed.
