An excellent service from Gold Traders, better than I could have hoped for. I got a valuation for my goods on Wednesday, completed a claim form and posted the Jewellery the same day special delivery. I got paid Thursday more than I was quoted. Money was in my bank within a few hours. Communication and guidance was exceptional. I trusted this company from the start as they are very transparent in the way they advertise. Thank you Gold Traders for heading me away from a declutterring company that I didn’t feel confident with but nearly went with.

After testing the items were found to be worth slightly more than the original estimate. The new price for the sale was sent by email. Couldn’t have made it easier! I had an old gold crown, I weighed it and they valued it. I guessed as to the purity etc but what they offered was very decent. Dispatched it at 1330 on the monday and the money was in my account by 1900hrs on tuesday!

I was a bit apprehensive about selling my gold, especially online. However, Gold Traders are very transparent with their pricing and the process is easy to follow. I sent my package as instructed, received an email to let me know the package was delivered, another email with the valuation (my scales being domestic we’re not quite as accurate) the value was only a small amount less than estimated. Payment made next day! All very easy! My concerns were unfounded.
