Gold Traders are excellent, the whole process was very easy, I weighed my gold on not very accurate scales, and was given a price which I thought was very good, I sent my gold special delivery I received an email confirming it had been delivered, I waited probably an hour for it to be processed, then I got another email with the amount I would be paid which was more than the estimated total. Excellent, I took in a hand full of various old bent and broken gold chains rings and a pendant. The lady assessed it all and rejected a couple of chains I was not sure about, then quoted me a great price almost the exact trading figure on line. She was so good and did a very professional job, I guess gold Traders are happy with my bits and pieces and I am certainly pleased with the money which was in my bank the same day about 4pm.

From quote, to posting to payment was less than 24 hours. Like most people have said, the price of gold went up and their payment from the quote went up too. I was a bit sceptical about using a postal service, however I used Royal Mail Special Delivery and increased the insurance, just in case ! I received an email first thing the following morning to say they had received the item and a quote in the afternoon, which was higher than I was first quoted. Money was in my account the same day.
